Coastal Airlie
Last spring I coordinated my first styled shoot, and let me tell you, it is so much more work than I imagined! Whew (wiping off that literally sweaty forehead)! Being pretty new to the area, it was so much fun getting to know other wedding vendors in the area and work to create something that embodied the relaxed coastal, Southern vibe that is in the very air we breath here in Wilmington.
I will restrain from rambling on and on about the details that miraculously came together to make this shoot happen, but what I will say is that doing something so unknown to me at the time, stretched me and made me truly appreciate all the creativity and moving pieces that are behind the best, most expertly coordinated events. I need to give a massive shoutout to everyone involved, and even my hubby, Andrew, who helped me carry a massive solid wood table and benches and driftwood arbor for what seemed like miles!
If you are reading this as a soon-to-be bride looking for some tidbits of inspiration and reliable vendors, everyone involved brought their game and went above and beyond all of my expectations! I highly recommend every one!
