What is your shipping policy?

Free shipping is included with all domestic US orders!

DOMESTIC

All artwork 9x12” and smaller will be shipped domestically and internationally via UPS with tracking and insurance. Artwork larger than 9x12” will be shipped unstretched and rolled in a mailing tube unless otherwise specified by the client. Limited edition prints are made to order and generally have a two-week turnaround time for custom production. Available original artwork normally ships within 4-7 business days. 

Canvas prints are shipped unstretched and rolled in a mailing tube. Upon delivery of the purchased artwork, the client may take the piece to a local print shop to have it stretched.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping charges are subject to change depending on location. Please allow 3-4 weeks for item shipment. Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

what is your return/exchange policy?

All paintings, prints, and products are final sale; however, if an item arrives damaged, I will always make it right. Please email me at hello@bergenlauren.com with any questions or concerns.

How do I order wholesale?

Limited edition prints and select original works are available for wholesale. Please inquire HERE.

Do you take commissions?

I have a limited number of available commissions each year. Custom projects are accepted on a first come first serve basis, and typically take anywhere from one to four months for completion. Whether you are looking for a site-specific piece or to incorporate a personalized perspective, you will be assured a one of a kind response to your commission.

Each commissioned piece of artwork is hand painted with client customizable options of scale, color palette and subject inspiration.
